- Different phases of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project
- Working closely with the end client on various construction and civil engineering programs, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis
- Conducting on site investigations and analysing data ( reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
- Providing advice and resolving creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Complying with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and delivering technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
- Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors
- Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and investors
- Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification
- Preparing tender bids
