• Different phases of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project
  • Working closely with the end client on various construction and civil engineering programs, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis
  • Conducting on site investigations and analysing data ( reports, tests, drawings and other)
  • Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
  • Providing advice and resolving creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
  • Complying with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and delivering technical files and other technical documentation as required
  • Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
  • Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors
  • Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and investors
  • Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification
  • Preparing tender bids
