• Servicing and assisting end clients try different phases of object purchase
  • Working closely with the established local Real estate agencies, Architects and Project developers
  • Conducting objects on site investigations and analysis (reports, tests, drawings and other)
  • Assessing potential risks and additional costs by object purchase
  • Providing advice and resolving creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
  • Complying with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and delivery technical files and other technical documentation as required
  • Attending meetings and competently communicating with Investors, Owners and Real estate agencies
  • Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification
